1. Agreeing to These Terms

By downloading, installing, or continuing to use ReadNest, you agree to these Terms of Service. If any part of them doesn't sit right with you, please stop using the app and uninstall it from your device.

2. What ReadNest Is (and Isn't)

ReadNest is a small utility for logging reading minutes and keeping a daily streak. It's provided "as is" and "as available." We make no claims about cognitive improvement, memory, focus, or any other outcome — it's a gentle habit tool, not a medical or educational service. Use it for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment.

3. Your Data Lives on Your Device

All your logs, streaks, and settings live locally on your phone — nothing is backed up to our servers. That means you are the one keeping it safe. Uninstalling ReadNest, clearing app data, or switching devices without an export may permanently remove your history, and we can't recover it for you.

4. Intellectual Property

The ReadNest app — its code, artwork, layouts, name, and branding — belongs to its developers. Please don't decompile, clone, resell, or redistribute the app's assets without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the ReadNest team is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including lost logs or broken streaks — arising from bugs, crashes, downtime, or anything else the app might do.
